Isaiah 6:3-7
Isaiah knew he was not fit to speak God’s Word to the people of his time. He confessed that his lips were unclean. Born with the stain of the original sin and sinning since, you and I have good reason to feel unfit and unworthy, too. Isaiah was purified when a live coal touched his lips. You and I are purified through the Body and Blood of Christ.
